Backpack registers itself as a standard Solana wallet in the browser, so it appears automatically in the connect menu of web apps.
How to do it
The process is the same as with other wallets.
- Open the site and choose Backpack.
- Approve the connection.
- Scan, select empty accounts, and reclaim.
- Confirm the transaction preview.
If Backpack does not appear
Refresh the page after unlocking the extension. Wallet extensions register when the page loads, so a locked or freshly installed extension may not be detected until a reload.
